Our Properties
Avalon are able to support service users in accessing a variety of accommodation, this includes Avalon multiple occupancy houses as well as locally sourced private rented accommodation through a pool of local approved landlords. This allows us to offer short and long term placements and transitional houses which offer short term leases renewable annually to enable disabled adults to reside. All of the accommodation on offer is within easy access to town centres and all local amenities. Avalon also works closely with the local councils to access local authority accommodation.
As the needs of some service users change some will move on into their own homes, while others will remain in the Avalon Properties with a service which is responsive to the changing needs of the individual.
