Quality Assurance
Avalon Enterprise ensures Service User’s are consulted about all aspects of the service during house meetings which are conducted via the Area Manager, these house meetings are recorded and any suggestions are taken into consideration when revising the services offered. In addition Avalon Enterprise has supported the service users to set up and run a Service user Forum in order to obtain feedback on the delivery of support, this is used to amend and develop the organizations policies and procedures which directly affects their lives. The Forum is formed by elected representatives from each area and the two Directors.
Avalon Enterprise annually conducts a Quality Assurance Survey this is distributed to all Service User’s, their relatives/representatives and all interested parties. Results of this survey are sent to all mentioned parties in an annual newsletter and the results are used in the future planning of the company.
